Report
Please Excuse the absense of reports lately command, its just that lately, well, several things have been on my mind. Don't mind me...just, well, nothing ever really changes around base.
Well, yesterday i was stuck in the barracks because of the extreme rain in that we have been having lately. I couldn't make it to the landing fields, there was just too much water out there. Besides, they wouldn't send in any more dropships in that mess of a storm. So there I was...Just waiting in one of the rooms. I think I got a little sick when I had to move in the rain, but that was ok...I guess.
Rain...That just brings me pain me now...It's a psychological thing. I just used to like rainy days so much...and now, they bring back memories of a life i once had.
But enough of the past, lets talk about what happened today. Well, it was a usual day, except for a few things. Cpl. Samuel seemed to do very well in the logistics training today. He was performing at a level that was of an officer. It was almost scary to watch it. He even surpased me. I tell ya, that kids got alot of surprises with him.
Another thing, several of the Officers and many more of the NCO's around base have been carying around infant replicas. I think its a training excercise to take care of the smaller Synths that we have been getting in from the cloning labs. It's kind of funny watching my dear friend Of. Ryan with one of those things. He takes great care of it...I guess. But its just funny watching that. Cpl. Samuel also has one of those things.
I felt so left out when i realize that many more people had them but i didnt...Oh well, que sera sera.
I finally picked up on my writing again command! My block is finally gone, and i can continue to make more of my work complete. I know you may think that this may interfere with my work as an officer, but don't worry. It's covered. Besides, I have to keep myself occupied somehow you know.
Tomorrow is Tournament night. Some other officers and I are getting together to hone in our combat skills on a friendly little wager durring a skirmish. Of. Ryan chose me as his team mate and Im honored that he picked me. I guess our work in the past had something to do with it, but we are an unstopable team. Tomorrow, we decide who is the best of the best...My pride is on the line, but im confident in an full victory for our team and utter defeat for the oposing force.
Let them Taste our might!
To battle! Hurah!
